The Federal Role in Education ... Totally Confused
Can anyone make sense of this? The whole thing is a disaster. It feels like the Heritage Foundation is not even trying to be remotely accurate.

I'd have to say I am confused too. I would have predicted other posturing from the Heritage Foundation (increase in school choice, ...). Maybe it is simply a statement against big government and nothing more. I was too busy looking for the meaning behind the meaning and maybe, for this one video, it just is what it seems? It is still a bit odd.
Maybe a pre-emptive swipe at the future of ESEA?
Not sure how the analogy works in every detail, but I see this as obviously making the case against Common Core standards, NCLB, etc.
